What we collect
- Booking and quote requests: name, contact details, addresses, journey date and time, mobility and health-related needs you choose to share.
- Contact and partner enquiries.
- Patient survey responses and optional contact details.
- Technical data (IP address) for security and rate limiting. Analytics cookies only if you accept them.
Live driver tracking and messages
While a journey is under way our driver may share their phone location so the person who booked can watch the vehicle arrive. This location is shown only for that journey, only to the customer and our team, and is deleted when the journey ends. Messages you send us through the Track page are stored with your request so our team can answer you.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, plan and deliver your journey (contract / legitimate interests), to meet our legal and regulatory obligations including CQC requirements, and, with your consent, to publish anonymised testimonials. Health-related information is special category data and is used only to provide a safe service.
Who we share it with
Our crew and dispatch staff, email and hosting providers acting on our instructions, and regulators or commissioners where required. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose above and legal retention requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
